Zdenek Stuchlik, Chairman of Board of Directors and Managing Director
Mr. Stuchlik graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of communication equipment. After graduation he had been working in company TESLA Hradec Kralove, he held the position of general manager since 1990. Mr. Stuchlik held the position of general manager or special manager in top management in other companies - TESLA – Y.S., TESLA ECIMEX, ECIMEX GROUP. He began working with ZPA in autumn 2006 and he held the position of general manager in company Atrium Upa Valley since January 2007, affiliated society of ZPA Smart Energy. He holds the function of general manager and director in ZPA Smart Energy since 1st April 2008.
Jaroslav Jirman, President
Mr. Jirman graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of communication equipment. In January 2006, he completed his post-graduate MBA studies. He began working with ZPA Smart Energy in 1972, and has since held a variety of positions, including designer, minicomputer service technician, and manager of control system development. He held the position of general manager since 1990. He has been one of the company directors since 1994. Since 1st April 2008 has held the new position as president of company ZPA Smart Energy a.s..
Josef Krepinsky, CFO
Mr. Krepinsky received his degree from Czech Technical University in Prague. In January 2006, he completed his post-graduate MBA studies. He has worked for ZPA Smart Energy since the beginning of 1998; after six months he was appointed to the position of financial manager. From 1998 to 2006, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company and, since 2006, he has been on the Executive Committee of the company.
Michal Mika, Member of Board of Directors and Sales Director
He studied University of Economics in Prague, subject field: economics of foreign trade. After graduation he had been working in several areas, e.g. in export of textile machines (at sales and service representation office in Great Britain) and in the central sphere of engineering and electronical engineering. After that he was managing the sales and production company of displays technology. He is the vice-president of ELA (Czech-Moravian association of the electronical engineering). In the company ZPA Smart Energy he holds the function of Sales Director and he has been one of the Directors since 2007.
Ales Mikula, R&D Director
He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of technical cybernetics. In January 2006, he completed his post-graduate MBA studies. He has been with ZPA Smart Energy since 1996, and has since held a variety of positions, including Design Manager and Technical Design Manager. He was appointed to his current position of R&D Director in 2006.
