We would like to inform you that the company ZPA Smart Energy s.r.o., with registered office Trutnov, Komenského 821, Post Code 541 01, Registration Number: 27445976, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Inlet No. 22825, by the decision of the sole owner on March 26th, 2009, changed its legal form as of May 5th, 2009 from the limited liability company to the joint-stock company and, thereby, also its business name to ZPA Smart Energy a.s.

We invite all the our costumers and supporters to visiting our exposition to 17th International Trade Fair of Electrotechnics and Electronics 31. March - 3. April 2009 in Prague fair area PVA Letnany.

On page 86 of Issue 3, 2008 Metering International, you will find an article discussing RCR, and mentioning ZPA Smart Energy as the primary leader within this field.
