We are committed to this goal and it impacts our work throughout ZPA Smart Energy. We want to be a professional partner to our customers and are ready to react to changes in our customers’ needs and constantly exceed their expectations.

We create an environment where every employee of ZPA Smart Energy contributes through their skills and qualifications to continuously increase the standard of quality. Regular educationand training of employees is an important tool of company management.

Our system of quality assurance strives for the highest possible conformity of our products. We also require all suppliers to meet and accept our principles and goals in the area of quality and expect their full support. We also have a certification according to ISO 9001 standard.

We strive for accurate supplies of our products and services, and apply the policy of prevention (i.e. “right the first time”)andalso the policy of continuous improvement of the quality of products and services throughout the entire supply chain.

At the same time, we are aware of the effect of our activity on the environment, and thus we design our product in order to enable the most efficient use of energy and raw materials and their recycling at the end of the service life of the product.
