Complaint rules ZPA Smart Energy a.s.

These Complaints Rules describe the rules how ZPA Smart Energy handle cusstomer´s claims of the delivered product.

How to make a claim:

  • To address: ZPA Smart Energy a.s., Komenskeho 821, 54101 Trutnov, Czech Republic.

The complaint must include:

  • Your contact details: name, contact address (mail), phone and email (where can we inform you about situation of the solution or add information about the claimed product).
  • A description of the claimed product defect.
  • A Proof of purchase of the product (just copy).
